Born on the 23rd of February 1976 in Kazan.

In 2002 he graduated from Kazan State Technological University majoring in technological process and production automation.

From 1995 to 2007 he held different positions in companies of the fuel and energy sector of the Russian Federation.

From 2007 to the present day - Deputy General Director for Commerce, Head of the Moscow Office of Antipinsky Oil Refinery JSC, Deputy General Director for Commerce.

The issues referred to the selling of products manufactured by the Refinery are within his competence.
