TRANSNEFT ISSUED SPECIFICATIONS TO ANTIPINSKY OIL REFINERY FOR INCREASE OF OIL SUPPLIES UP TO 9 MILLION TONS PER ANNUM

Transneft, JSC has met the request made by Antipinsky Oil Refinery for increase of oil supplies through the trunk oil pipeline.
The specifications issued on June 6, 2016 will allow to increase the annual transmission capacity of the trunk oil pipeline to which Antipinsky Oil Refinery is connected from 7.2 up to 9 million tons of oil per annum.
Transneft, JSC is one of the principal partners of Antipinsky Oil Refinery and provides oil transport services.

Antipinsky Oil Refinery is also connected to the trunk oil-products pipeline with a capacity of 1.8 million tons of oil per annum with a plan to increase up to 3 million tons of oil per annum to which diesel Oil Euro-5 is supplied.

ANTIPINSKY OIL REFINERY RANKS SIXTHS IN 2015 RATING OF URALS AND WEST SIBERIAS 100 LARGEST EXPORTERS

On April 25, Expert-Ural, a leading Urals and West Siberian business weekly, published its 2015 Rating of 100 Major Urals and West Siberia Exporters. The Antipinsky Oil Refinery ranked among the Top 10 having come in sixths.

The company’s export volume in 2015 totaled over 1 226 171 thousand US dollars.

Top three largest exporters, just as last year, included Surgutneftegas, Bashneft and Novatek

The rating has been conducted since 2005 on an annual basis. The rating participants include companies and groups of companies of Urals and West Siberia Region operating in any industry. The rating is compiled using statistical databases and company surveys.

ANTIPINSKY OIL REFINERY WINS GOLDEN SUPPORT TOWER CONTEST

On April 22, the results of the Golden Support Tower regional contest annually held by the Tyumen Power Supply Company were finalized. The main prize – the Golden Support Tower statue – in the “Best Electric Power Consumer among Industrial Enterprises of the Southern Part of the Tyumen Region” category was awarded to the Antipinsky Oil Refinery.

ACQUISITION OF BITUMEN PRODUCTION FACILITY

ALFA LLC has completed the acquisition of Bitumnoye Proizvodstvo LLC, whose core asset, a bitumen plant has the capacity to produce 26 grades of paving bitumen under JITEX brand.

The bitumen plant located in the city of Kstovo in the Nizhny Novgorod Region became a subsidiary of ALFA LLC acting as a tar processing shop enabling the plant with the participation of Mariysky Oil Refinery to reach the refining depth of 90% this year without having to build additional units.

ANTIPINSKY OIL REFINERY-2 TEAM WINS TYUMEN REGION VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

Antipinsky Oil Refinery-2 volleyball team won the Tyumen Region Championship among Second League men’s teams. The final game took place on April 17. The refinery’s athletes defeated the Yurginsky District team 3:2. The bronze medal went to the Kazansky District team. The winners were awarded with cups and certificates of merit.

The best player of Antipinsky Oil Refinery-2 team, in the opinion of the referees and trainers, was hitter Vadim Yurievich Krasilnikov, Head of Technical Supervision Department with the Office of Mechanical Supervisor.

After a short rest, the team will start getting ready for its next competition – the Tyumen Region Park Volleyball Cup which is to begin in May.

We congratulate our athletes on their victory and wish them new achievements in volleyball!

An open regional boxing tournament for the prizes established by Honored Master Athletes Evgeny Makarenko and Alexander Maletin held on April 14-17 in their native city of Nizhnevartovsk ended today. The Antipinsky Oil Refinery and Novy Potok (New Stream) Regional Non-profit Organization, who have extensively supported children’s and youth sports in the Khanty-Mansiisk Autonomous District and Ural Federal District for a number of years, joined the tournament as partners.

BOXING TOURNAMENT CELEBRATING THE 71ST ANNIVERSARY OF THE VICTORY IN WORLD WAR II

A third traditional boxing tournament for the prizes of Specialized Children’s and Youth Olympic Reserve School No. 3 held on April 15-17 ended today in Tyumen. The competition was dedicated to the 71st anniversary of the victory in World War II. The tournament was organized by the Tyumen Region Sports and Youth Policy Department, Specialized Children’s and Youth Olympic Reserve School No. 3 and the Tyumen Region Boxing Federation. NOVY POTOK (NEW STREAM) REGIONAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, the Antipinsky Oil Refinery and Tyumen State University joined the tournament as partners giving the event a high status and significant support.

JUDO SENSEI CUP WINNERS DETERMINED IN PERM

On April 17, Tyumen-Judo Olympic Training Center played off the medals of All-Russia Sensei Cup Judo Tournament,  where young men of junior age group under 15 competed for the prizes awarded by Novy Potok (New Stream) Regional Non-profit Organization. Novy Potok (New Stream) Regional Non-profit Organization and Antipinsky Oil Refinery JSC traditionally joined the event as general sponsors providing excellent conditions and great prizes. New Stream and the Antipinsky Oil Refinery have supported children’s sports including judo in Tyumen on multiple occasions.

NEW STREAM WINS CHAMPION TITLE IN M-1 CHALLENGE IN SAINT PETERSBURG

On April 9, Saint Petersburg’s Sibur Arena Sports Complex hosted a major international mixed martial arts tournament M-1 Challenge 65 featuring the best Russian and foreign athletes. The tournament partners were the Antipinsky Oil Refinery JSC and Novy Potok (New Stream) Regional Non-profit Organization involved in the development of children’s, youth and amateur sports, as well as professional sports in Russia.

The athletes were supported during the competition by Dmitry Mazurov, Chairman of the Antipinsky Oil Refinery’s Board of Directors, Yury Navrazhny, President of Novy Potok (New Stream) Regional Non-profit Organization and famous Russian boxers Evgeny Makarenko and Kamil Dzhamalutdinov.

ANTIPINSKY OIL REFINERY JSC RANKS FIRST IN 2015 RATING OF RUSSIAS MAJOR INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS

Thirteen categories of the rating titled “Event of the Year. Russia 2015” included over 180 significant projects selected by the editorial board of Vremya Rosii online publication and Vremya Rossii almanac on a non-commercial basis. The main selection criterion was the amount of investment (generally from RUB 1 bn and up), the number of jobs created, innovative nature of the project (the first one of its kind, imports phase-out) and its implementation in 2015. Any Internet user could take part in the voting which was held from February 8 through March 21, 2016.

The Antipinsky Oil Refinery was represented in the “Oil and Gas Industry” category by the diesel fuel hydrotreating unit commissioned in the fall of 2015. The refinery’s new capacities enabled it to commence the production of Euro-5 compliant diesel fuel and create over 400 additional jobs.

The Antipinsky Oil Refinery topped the rating defeating LUKOIL-Permnefterorgsyntez which took up the second line in the Internet voting results with its plant modernization project in the Perm Territory.

Another company that ranked among the three leaders representing the most important events in oil and gas industry in 2015 was Rosneft which commenced the production of oil at Berkut oil rig in January 2015 (“The first Arkutun-Dagi oil”).

RUSSIAN CHAMPIONSHIP IN CHEKHOV: THE FIGHT IS JUST STARTING!

On March 27, Russian Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship for junior fighters born in 1996-1998 in memory of Colonel Sergei Viktorovich Gritsenko was completed in the town of Chekhov, Moscow Region.

The all-Russia tournament held by Novy Potok (New Stream) Regional Non-profit Organization for the fourth time got the championship status this year having brought together more than 300 best fighters from 55 Russian regions at the Olympic Sports Complex. The competitions were held for three days in 8 weight categories and served as the main qualifying stage to the Russian national team for participation in the forthcoming European and World championships. Antipinsky Oil Refinery JSC supported the tournament as a general partner.

While the main task of the tournament was to select athletes for the national team, it was also aimed at popularizing and promoting wrestling, fostering patriotism, honor and dignity among young people and improving their athletic performance.

For three days in a row, the candidates vigorously fought for the right to represent Russia in international competitions. The final fights were so breathtaking that they literally swept the fans off their seats.

On the very first day of the competition, Egor KADIROV representing the New Stream team won a bronze medal in the category of up to 74 kg easily defeating his opponent from the Ulyanovsk Region Rafael Yunosov.

The second day of the championship brought our team a triumphant victory won by Gleb Batyanin in the category of up to 66 kg. In a vigorous fight against Magomed Yarbilov from the Rostov Region, Gleb managed to show a brilliant result prevailing by several points.

Not only did the both athletes – students of Scherbinka Children's and Youth Sports School – win medals, but they also qualified for international tournaments. Egor Kadirov is a candidate to the European Championship, while Gleb Batyanin, a champion granted the Master of Sports title, has already paved the way for himself to the World Championship.

The third day of the competition was given to heavy weighters. Athletes competed in categories up to 96 kg and 120 kg. They showed exceptional courage, will to win and, most importantly, a highest degree of athletic skill.

The competitions were attended by veteran classical wrestling fighters who came to support the young athletes including Valery Grigorievich Rezantsev, a two-time Olympic champion, Honored Coach of Russia,  Vladimir Vasilievich Cheboksarov, an Olympic medalist, world and European champion, Sergei Anatolievich Tsvir, a world and European champion, Honored Master Athlete, Zafar Safarovich Guliev, an Olympic medalist, three-time European champion, Ambako Avtandilovich Vachadze, a world and three-time European champion, champion of Russia, Alexei Kolesnikov, a world cup winner, champion of Russia, aide to the Deputy of RF State Duma Alexander Alexandrovich Karelin, Nikolai Alexandrovich Prokazov, an Honored Coach of Russia, Nikolai Alexeevich Monov, Head Coach of the Russian national junior team, Victor Korablev, Head Coach of the Russian national cadet team. Among the guests of honor at the tournament were Yury Valerievich Navrazhny, President of Novy Potok (New Stream) Regional Non-profit Organization, Mikhail Gerazievich Mamiashvili, President of the Russian Wrestling Federation, and Kamil Alievich Dzhamalutdinov, a famous Russian boxer, Olympic medalist.

ANTIPINSKY OIL REFINERY TOPS TVERDYE ZNAKI (HARD SIGNS) RATING

The Antipinsky Oil Refinery ranked first in the Business (Industry) category of Tverdye Znaki Rating compiled by the information center of Kommersant-Ural Publishing House. The rating is based on the 2015 citation index of companies and individuals in the most reputable and high-ranking mass media whose materials are publicly available. The sources include Russian-language international and federal TV channels, information agencies, newspapers and Internet resources, such as TASS, Interfax, , Echo of Moscow, Vedomosti, Kommersant, Rosbalt and other sources.

The rating calculations took into account the number of citations subject to limitations as to the number of websites and search time, as well as the sum of citations on local Tyumen and Tyumen Region websites. The rating focused on events with neutral and positive contexts only.

The Antipinsky Oil Refinery led the top three companies in the Business (Industry) category with 5.98 citation index. It was followed by RN-Uvatneftergaz with the citation index of 5.49 and MC-Bauchemie LLC with 3.91 citation index.

The Antipinsky Oil Refinery’s top position is to a great extent attributable to the news of the completion of Stage 2 of the refinery’s Workflow Phase III which culminated in the commissioning of the diesel fuel hydrotreating unit with the capacity of up to 3 million tons per annum enabling the refinery to start manufacturing diesel fuel meeting the highest Euro-5 compulsory standard.

The rating’s other categories include “Science” (with Tyumen Technopark at the top), “Business (Consumer Market”) (with Tyumen Broiler at the top), “Sports” (with Evgeny Garanichev at the top), “Culture” (with Tobolsk Historical and Architectural Museum Reserve) and “Our People out There” (with Anton Shipulin at the top).

M-1 CHALLENGE 64: ALEXANDER SHLIMENKO MAKES A TRIUMPHANT COMEBACK

On February 19, M-1 CHALLENGE 64 major international mixed martial arts tournament was held in the Olympic Sports Complex. The competition was supported by its traditional partners Novy Potok (New Stream) Regional Non-profit Organization and Antipinsky Oil Refinery JSC.

The highlight of the event was the comeback of ex-Bellator champion Alexander Shlimenko who fought for the New Stream – Novy Potok team: one of Russia’ most popular athletes fought against ex-M1 champion Vyacheslav Vasilevsky. Upon the completion of three rounds, the judges by split decision ranked Shlemenko as the winner: one of the judges scored a draw, but the other two judges gave the victory to Alexander Shlimenko.

The Orenburg Wrestling Club and New Stream – Novy Potok team were represented at the tournament by Timur Nagibin. By unanimous decision of the the judges, Timur won a solid victory over his opponent from Ukraine Andrei Lezhnev!

The Chairman of Antipinsky Oil Refinery’s Board of Directors Dmitry Petrovich Mazurov and the President of Novy Potok (New Stream) Regional Non-profit Organization Yury Valerievich Navrazhny attended the competition to support the fighters.

2016 IVAN PODDUBNY GRAND PRIX: TO THE OLYMPIC GAMES VIA RIGA!
Last weekend, Tyumen hosted one of the most prestigious international Greco-Roman wrestling tournaments, the Ivan Poddubny Grand Prix, which was held in the city’s Central Sports Complex. The event joined by the Antipinsky Oil Refinery as a general partner featured 200 wrestlers from 5 countries with Russian athletes winning seven out of eight possible gold medals. This year, the tournament was to determine the team members for the European championship to be held in March in Riga. Also, the tournament, as well as the forthcoming Russian championship in Grozny, was one of the stages to determine candidates to the Russian national team for the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.

The Grand Prix opened on Saturday, January 16th. The first day of the tournament determined the best wrestlers in 59 kg, 71 kg, 85 kg and 130 kg weight categories. On Sunday, January 17th fights in weight categories 66 kg, 75 kg, 80 kg and 98 kg were held.

Among the guests of honor at the tournament were Alexander Karelin, a legendary Russian athlete, Hero of Russia and Deputy of the RF State Duma, Vladimir Yakushev, Governor of the Tyumen Region, Dmitry Mazurov, Chairman of the Antipinsky Oil Refinery’s Board of Directors, Evgeny Marchenko, President of the Tyumen Region Boxing Federation and Deputy of the Tyumen Regional Duma. Representatives of the tournament’s general partners  – Yury Navrazhny, President of Novy Potok (New Stream) Regional Non-profit Organization, Gennady Lisovichenko, Director General of Antipinsky Oil Refinery, and Rinat Iskhakov, Deputy Director General of Sovfracht PJSC also attended the competition to support our athletes.
